  • The most common threat to any software/hardware of a computer is from viruses. It is a false assumption that viruses spread through Internet but most of the viruses spread through pen/USB drives and you might have experienced it on a private PC. Installation of a paid Anti-virus and Firewall protection system safeguard you from virus attacks from all mediums.
  • At the end of the day, what most of the workers do that they don't shut down the PC properly. Removing the power directly to shut down not only cause data failure but some time it get much worse and disable the functioning of hardware accessories. If you PC hangs up even then you don't need to cut out the power just press and hold the power button for a while and it will get shut down automatically.
  • There is always some data that you never want to loose. So, to secure such type of data you need to create a backup either in your own external drives or now a days many online service providers allow your to secure your data on their networks and the charges are almost none.
