- Don't just look in to the most crucial issues but also have a check on what is most likely to occur. Try to focus on those issues which are creating problem in working of the employees, which are/will be dangerous for them to work with.
- Proper maintenance of the equipments and provide new and upgraded equipments that will help you in removing hazards your workers are exposed to.
