Reason of Workplace Injuries and Accidents

well, what would you do if you saw a fellow worker working on a wall/poll and the ladder on which he is standing starts wobbling and you want to help him but he don't understand English? Or if a workers is going to get hurt and you don't want to help just because he is not a native American. Though its your responsibility if one get hurts or not by any accident but you have to save others if you see them in a crucial situation to make the workplace safer as you learn it during your safety trainings. If these workers are working under the supervision of your project then OSHA will surely ask about what kind of Safety Trainings you are providing to your permanent workers and what are the trainings substitute workers will get?

It is usual that the number of US-Born workers is Less than the number of Foreign-born workers at workplace injuries and accidents because of their proper trainings and culture. To make the workplace safe for every worker they all must be trained by a Bilingual Safety Training expert and a bilingual expert team lead must be picked up to train the new comers and for proper circulation of work at project site.
